Out of character for you, my friend. I have one cabinet like that--my dadgum "plasticware" cabinet. I hate it in there and do sit down to straighten it up often, but it always ends in a mess!
As a Mum of 4 in England trying to fight for breath beneath an ever mounting pile of clutter and 'treasure' I applaud you! Sadly I have run out of cupboard space so our mess spills onto the floor, under beds, behind cupboards .... Thank you for making me laugh and feel better!

So not the point of this post, but I like your basketweave bowls in the bottom picture :-)
When we moved in, we installed slide out drawers in our bottom cabinets because these cabinets do not function properly.
But, who cares!
